We own homes we would be proud to live in, and we keep them that way.
Blue Oak Property Holdings was founded in 2025 by a Charlotte-area family with nearly two decades of experience running a service business built on one principle: do the work right the first time. That same standard now goes into every home we own.
We focus on Indian Trail, Wingate, and the surrounding Union County area. Established neighborhoods, solid homes, and long-term relationships with the people who live in them.

Do you have anything available right now?
Both of our homes are currently leased. Homes do come available, and people on our list hear about it first. Joining the list costs nothing and there is no obligation.
What do you look for in a tenant?
Steady income, good references from a previous landlord, and care for the home. We run a standard application and background check, and we treat every applicant fairly and equally under the Fair Housing Act.
Are pets allowed?
It depends on the home. Many well-behaved pets are welcome with a pet deposit. Tell us about yours when you reach out.
Who do I call when something breaks?
Us. There is no call center. Maintenance requests come straight to the owners and are handled promptly by licensed professionals.
How do I apply?
